Bars. Mr. Hoffman graduated Cum Laude from The American University in
Washington, D.C. and received his Juris
Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. He has been a practicing
attorney since 1989, and has represented individual and corporate clients before
the U.S. Immigration Courts in family-based and employment-based immigration
matters. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association
(AILA), and former President of the Juvenile Courts Bar Association of
California. Mr. Hoffman has successfully processed visas for beneficiaries from
the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, China, and
Indonesia.

Spyros
L. Osorio has
been a practicing attorney for over 28 years, since 1979 in the Philippines and
beginning 1991 in California. Mr. Osorio graduated Cum Laude at the San
Beda College of Law in 1978 where he also served as a Professor of Law for a
decade before beginning his practice in California in 1991. He is a member of
the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the State Bar of California. He is
admitted to practice before all of the state courts in California, the United
States District Courts, Central and North Districts, the U.S. Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Osorio has
successfully handled immigration matters in the Philippines and represented
clients of diverse ethnicity in proceedings before U.S. Immigration Courts. |
