This is a general estimation of the fees that you will be responsible for in the K-1 Visa process. The fees can be separated in two categories: legal fees for our firm as your attorney and fees that you need to pay to the United States Government,
more specifically, The U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS).
