- She has a dangerous physical disorder
- She has a dangerous mental disorder
- She is a drug addict
- She has committed a serious criminal act anywhere on the planet
- She has committed crimes involving moral turpitude
(prostitution, drug trafficking, you get the idea)
- She is likely to become a public charge
- She has used fraud or other illegal means to enter the U.S. before
