K-1 Visa
Simply, a K-1 Visa is a temporary, (nonimmigrant), visa that allows a United States Citizen to invite his fiancee to the U.S. for the purpose of marriage. Upon entering the United States, the fiancee has 90 days within which to marry the petitioner or depart the United States.
