Her Mom Wants a Visa Too
Doing a "relative petition" for your fiancee's Mom, Dad, siblings, uncle, aunt, etc. is a totally different process than getting a visa for her unmarried, minor kids.
It can be done, but it is outside the scope of a K-1 visa. Our strong suggestion, (if this is her goal and now part your agenda by default), is to hire our firm to coordinate this petition prior to starting the K-1 visa process for her.
Good planning now prevents problems in the future.
