1st Step: Petitioning

Obtaining a Fiancee Visa is a two-step process.

The first step requires the United States citizen (Petitioner) to file a petition on behalf of his fiancee (Beneficiary) with the appropriate U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Regional Center. The petition is known as an "I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancee" and must include numerous application forms and supporting documentation to prove that you and your fiancee qualify for a K-1 Fiancee Visa.

Presently, there is a long backlog delay. We keep tabs on the turn-around estimates daily, and can tell you what we know. Please feel free to contact us

It is very important that your petition is completely free of errors. If it is not, it will be returned and your approval of the case will be delayed by months, (and we have seen in some cases handled by men Petitioners themselves, even beyond a year).
