How about a Work Visa ?
No way before your fiancée becomes a lawful permanent resident via a Spousal Petition.
Unless you own a financially stable entity (a corporation, LLC, etc.), that can prove its need for the skills of a foreign national AND your fiancee can prove that she has those skills, no.
Again, that's why the K-1 Visa process for your fiancee exists. This process will allow you to bring your fiancee to the United States, live here, and then determine whether she is the one for you.
